Sunset Glow LLC Refund/Cancellation Policy

Sunset Glow LLC is dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory experience for all customers utilizing our services (sunbed tanning, red light therapy, and spray tans) or purchasing our products (lotions and tanning accessories). This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds.
 

1. Cancellation of Subscriptions

Subscriptions for sunbed tanning, red light therapy, and spray tans may be canceled by providing written notice to thesunsetglowllc@icloud.com at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date. Cancellation requests received after this period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
 

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds for canceled subscriptions are available within 7 days of the initial purchase, subject to an administrative fee of $25. Product purchases (lotions and tanning accessories) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
 

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact us at (804) 892-6847 or thesunsetglowllc@icloud.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned products, credited to the original payment method.
 

4. Non-Refundable Items

Services rendered (e.g., completed tanning sessions) and customized or perishable products are non-refundable.
